Basic Elevation will be provided.if any extra designs like cladding,titles and extra cement work,etc will be charged extra.

Electrical panel board and Bescom meter charges should be beared by the costumer.

UPS wiring is not included in the package

Rainwater harvesting will be provided as per BMC norms at a normal cost.(not part of the package)

❖ Any type of furniture, a false ceiling, a kitchen cabinet, a bedroom closet, a crockery shelf, lights for interior decoration, interior decoration, landscaping and gardening, a well, and interior decorating all function. Tile and marble works for driveways, walks, and other surfaces Compound walls and gates are NOT included in this estimate and will be added on at the client’s request.

❖ The prices listed above are all-inclusive, therefore they cover the cost of labour, all materials, transportation, loading and unloading at the job site, and work supervision fees. In other sayings, there are absolutely no additional fees.

❖ If any of the above specifications need to be modified, the quoted prices will be modified to reflect this. Depending on the changes chosen, rates may also increase or decrease little.

Stage-by-stage payment arrangements may be discussed on a mutually agreeable basis, depending on the convenience of the client and the organization. We don’t have any hard rules when it comes to money.
